Debbie Roman is a self-taught artist. Born in 1968 in Texas City, Texas, her formal education includes a Bachelors Degree in International Business. For many years she has worked as a Learning Professional for various companies. Missing creativity in her life, she found her way into jewelry making. She started with stringing beads and quickly moved on to working with wire and metalsmithing. Her creative outlet has become an attachment and obsession to jewelry design.

Debbie is inspired by the Texas Spirit. Born and raised on the Texas Gulf Coast many of her pieces find their inspiration from the local flavor around the state.

Debbie is now a jewelry artist part-time. She splits her time between Katy and Port O'Connor, Texas with her husband of 21 years, Blaise.
